Insurance Policy and Payment Options at PRVNT

Out-of-Network Care Model

We currently operate as an out-of-network provider, which means we do not directly accept or bill insurance companies at this time. This care model allows us to focus entirely on what’s best for you, without being restricted by insurance codes, visit limits, or outdated coverage rules. By removing insurance from the equation, we’re able to spend more time with each patient, deliver a broader range of services, and customize care plans based on your unique needs—not what’s pre-approved.

Our wellness services include chiropractic adjustments, red light therapy, dry needling, cupping therapy, and specialized lab testing. Many of these offerings are preventative, performance-based, or holistic in nature, services that traditional insurance plans often exclude. This freedom enables us to provide more modern, personalized, and effective care.

Medicare Policy

PRVNT Chiropractic & Wellness is not currently a Medicare provider. However, we understand the importance of expanding access, and we are actively working on becoming Medicare-approved in the near future. We appreciate your patience as we go through this process.

Superbills for Insurance Reimbursement

If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, we are happy to provide you with a superbill, a detailed document containing service codes, dates of care, and provider information. You can submit this superbill directly to your insurance provider to request partial reimbursement.

Please keep in mind that reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies based on your specific plan, deductible, and provider policies. We encourage you to contact your insurance company to confirm your eligibility before submitting a claim.
