At PRVNT Chiropractic & Wellness, our goal is to provide exceptional care that’s focused on your health—not insurance limitations.

Out-of-Network Care

We currently do not accept insurance or bill insurance providers directly. This model allows us to offer a wider range of individualized, wellness-focused services—many of which are not typically covered by insurance.

Our offerings include chiropractic care, red light therapy, cupping, dry needling, and specialty lab testing—all designed to support long-term health, performance, and recovery.

Medicare Notice

At this time, we do not accept Medicare, but we are actively working toward becoming a Medicare provider in the near future.

Superbill Available

If you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider, we’re happy to provide a superbill upon request. This detailed receipt includes all necessary coding and provider information to help you submit a claim directly to your insurer.

Please note: Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends entirely on your individual plan’s out-of-network benefits.
