We are in‑network with the following carriers when chiropractic benefits are administered through ASH (American Specialty Health):

• Cigna (ASH‑administered chiropractic plans)

• Florida Blue / Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida (ASH‑administered chiropractic plans)

If your plan falls under one of these carriers, we are happy to verify your benefits and explain your coverage before starting care.

Plans That Require Verification

Some plans under Cigna or Florida Blue may have different rules, limitations, or exclusions. These often include:

• HMO plans

• Marketplace / ACA plans

• Employer‑specific plans with carve‑outs

Coverage can vary by employer and plan type, so benefit verification is always required before your first visit.

Out‑of‑Network & Self‑Pay Options

For patients whose insurance is out‑of‑network — or for those who prefer not to use insurance — we offer:

• Transparent self‑pay rates

• Affordable care plans

• Flexible wellness and membership options

Many patients choose self‑pay care for simplicity, predictability, and greater flexibility in treatment.

• We do not participate in Medicare or Medicare Advantage plans at this time.

• Insurance coverage does not guarantee payment; benefits vary by plan.

• All insurance benefits are verified as a courtesy, but patients are ultimately responsible for their accounts.
