    Post-Treatment Take-Home Instructions

    • Postural analysis

    • Orthopedic and neurological testing

    • Range of motion and mobility assessments

    • Functional movement screening

Our goal is to understand the root cause—not just the symptoms.

  • Based on our findings and your needs, we’ll provide your first treatment, which may include:

    • Chiropractic adjustment

    • Soft tissue therapy

    • Cupping, electric stim, red light therapy or dry needling (if applicable and clinically appropriate, dry needling is not included and will be an additional fee)

This is tailored to how your body presents on day one, ensuring you leave feeling better—not overwhelmed.

  • Immediately following your treatment, we’ll sit down and review your:

    • Examination results

    • Clinical impressions and diagnosis

    • Customized care plan recommendations

    • Answers to any questions about your health, healing process, or progress tracking

Transparency is key—we’ll make sure you understand exactly what’s going on and how we plan to help.

  • You’ll receive:

    • Guidance on what to expect after your first adjustment

    • Personalized stretches or movements to support healing

    • Lifestyle or ergonomic tips to protect your spine and nervous system

    • Optional tools or products (if helpful) to support recovery between visits
